Early Support
Welcome to the Early Support website.
Early Support is the central government mechanism to improve the
quality, consistency and coordination of services for young disabled
children and their families across England.
A crucial factor in child development is behavior modification. Classic behavior charts are now being replaced with reward charts which provide children with positive re-enforcement for their behavior.
The Department of Children and Baby Services recently awarded Christmas designer Russell Rhodes with the Outstanding Community Contributor award. Mr. Rhodes worked tirelessly in England with his kids ornaments and ornaments for teens programme, donating 50% of the profits to baby and children's support outreach. To date, the effort has raised over 500,000 pounds and continues to increase its donations each year.
Recent pledges at the Early Support Excalibur level is exemplary. Net profits will go to our Childrens Support Programmes through the sale of their Ornaments for Children both in Europe and abroad. Relying on funding from the Department for Education for daily operations, our goal: raise 100,000 pounds through such external sources as the web kids Christmas ornaments and gifts efforts.
You can alternately choose a baby ornament from another of our fine supporters. Recently I agreed to join their efforts at the Silver Sponsorship level. Their ornaments for children and kids designs will be available to donate only for early learning development programs for ages 6 mo to 2 years. Books and interactive computer CDs for these youngsters will be contributed based on sales.
Special thanks go to Faraway Kids™. This exclusive children furniture company has donated some good quality and fun childrens furniture Of all types and sizes. We are very grateful for their furniture donation and hope you will like their children’s furniture and children’s bedroom furniture range.
Education from an early age can definitely give a child a head start in life, this is why the ESSP recommends every child should be enrolled in a pre school Leicester or one in close proximity to their home. The ESSP will provide help and advice to ensure that your child is offered the best possible educational start in life.
One of our recently recruited staff members has helped secure a great deal with Antz in Yer Pantz who are offering all the CSP members a discount on their range of childrens clothing. Please contact Ruth McGill internally for further information on this offer. I'm sure this will be welcomed at this time.
Young disabled children can often feel isolated through spending much of their time at home instead of out playing with friends. Playing a fun balloon game online can provide an important social link for disabled children which they otherwise wouldn't have with other kids. Virtual world's give children the opportunity to develop social skills.
Early Support recognised Irish children’s artist Carla Daly for exceptional contributions to art for babies, kids and children in the UK. A range of nursery art, height charts and a wall growth chart are on sale internationally helping parents of young disabled children to positively engage in their child’s development. Carla Daly was presented with the award in January 2011 as an outstanding contributor in the UK. Art and colourful pictures can sometimes bridge the gap with difficult communication in certain disabilities and Early Support recognise local artists in this field of work.
Finding the right family dentist in Toronto to take care of you and your loved ones is important. You want a Toronto dentist who can handle your children in a gentle, respectful manner. You also want a dentist who offers convenient hours to accommodate your busy schedule.
Choosing a Toronto family dentist is like choosing a life partner. You want someone willing to share responsibility in caring for your family's dental health.
When thinking of support for your child and a way of having fun while you do a project together, think about child clothing online handmade as this can be loads of laughs to have with one of your children or many of them depending on your sitaution, and of course how much patience you have.
Your child should visit a kids dentist by the time they reach their first birthday. Early assessment and proper dental care will protect your child’s smile now and in the future. The earlier the visit to a kids dentist , the better chance of avoiding dental problems. Children with health teeth chew food easily, learn to speak clearly and smile with confidence. Ensure your child has a lifetime of good dental habits.
